About us
It all started with knitting scarves for my sister Norah and I too wear to the quilt shows. Some vendors wear aprons, hats, we decided scarves .
But you all know, one thing led to another, people kept asking us where we got them. And after much encouragement from my sister, I thought, why not sell the yarns. So our quilting and maybe the non quilting customers could knit one of their own.
Then came trying to think of a name. I struggled with what to call my business and came up with "Why Knot Knit. "
Oh there were other ideas, but it was my younger daughter, who thought that "Why Knot Knit" with "Sew Little Time" had a nice ring to it.
